“The food is good, only issue being is some of the packaging is sometimes split and the food mashed (burgers for instance) on arrival. Whether thats you guys or the delivery company. Its abit disapoointing but otherwise everything else is sound.”

“Really enjoy muscle food, I have bought the lean machine meal plan, it is definitely helping me achieve my goals. Most of the main meals and deserts are are not that great if I am.honest, some are ok. The taste is average with the main meals and there is not much to choose from as a menu, there is not that much to choose from with the deserts either. To be honest, the foods are bearable and I eat muscle food Purley for the nutrition and the low calories”

“Great food, meals are delicious, good price. I only wish there was a better variety of flavoured chicken, eg. In tomato and basil sauce or something, Makes the meals so much more exciting. I noticed quite a few of the options have some heat to them, which my children won't eat, would be good to have some milder options for families.”

“I have only ordered chicken fillets(5kg) The chicken itself was good and they also supplied the zip bags to separate and freeze the chicken in. I would give 5 stars only for the cost of delivery which I think is quite expensive.”

“Delivery was great and when said. Packaging was fine and secure. The only thing I have to say was looking at the picture of what I was to receive and quoted quantity of meals I was 1 chicken breast short and a package of meatballs. I did email on their website but not 100% it is working correctly, apart from that everything else was fine”

“Item delivered perfectly intact and ON TIME, Very pleased with the amount of food for the price, Obviously haven't eaten it all yey but going on the experience of our last purchase we are sure that it will be lovely. We can definately tell the difference between the Muscle box food and local supermarkets.”

“Delivered well packaged and all put straight in my freezer. Pork steaks were a bit small to make a meal around. Chicken was really tasty. Burgers were lovely as was the BBQ chicken. Still to try the rest!”

“Order alotnfrom muscle food. Excellent quality. The center beef steaks are quite marbled probably won't order them again but the chicken is so much better quality than supermarket quality.”

“Everything was in good order and well packaged. The only thing was the dates on the food, some of the dates were for 3 days after I receive them, and the rest were to be used within a week. That's quite impossible for 1 person.”

“4 stars instead of 5 because on the day of delivery I was informed the gammon steaks were out of stock and I would be refunded (couldn?t buy an ice cream for the refunded amount) I would have preferred to know before it was out for delivery in case I wanted to change my order to something else or an offer of substitution would also have been nice. This is my 6th delivery and never had an issue before hence not given a lower rating.”
