“Good honest company but my first delivery was missing a gammon joint but getting a refund for it This is the reason for 4 stars”

“Order came in 3 days . The mince came in plastic containers which was unexpected. We had to undo all packages and repack to get into the freezer. The last time we ordered it was vacuum packed. In all I am pleased with my order.”

“I wanted to love Muscle Foods but was very underwhelmed with the size of the items in my hamper. The chicken breasts were great value but everything else was very small. There was an introductory offer, buy one hamper and get two for a penny. If that was all one hamper I?d probably be a returning customer but if the ?one hamper? stood on its own, it?d be very poor value.”

“They food is great..the only annoying thing is when I've ordered the food and it's on route to my house via DPD. I then get an email saying one of my items will not get delivery because they don't have any. Wish I had known that a lot sooner, I would of ordered something else instead. Other then that I'd recommend”

“The standard of the meat is superior to what I had been buying, delivery is prompt and packaged well. I did have a problem with some mince packs, contacted muscle food immediately with photos and a discount off next order given, I would have preferred a monetary refund rather than a tied in discount off future orders.”

“Order was not received Continual ping pong of emails with the customer services although they accepted it was their couriers fault Still missing about 70 percent of my order Update: Missing parcel was replaced and musclefood have sent some additional freebies as an apology Most of the issue seems too be feom their delivery partners and not from musclefood themselves”

“Great company, great product. The only reason I have knocked them down to 4 stars is delivery. There's no click & collect option (I'm local to them) nor different options, i.e. small order or prepared to wait then cheaper delivery.”

“The items came on time, which was great. The mince and meatballs look slightly grey. The chicken does not smell very fresh. I have spoken to customer services and they were great. Issue resolved and I will definitely be ordering again very soon.”
