“I received my order, unfortunately order was incomplete as one part was out of stock. The way i found out was a sticker inside box informing me about it and they would refund me the difference. I would have preferred to be told earlier and had a replacement instead.”

“Great meat think only let down is delivery fees which pushes the price up to supermarket prices maybe if your not buying massive amounts at a time”

“Nice breast portion sizes, tasted good, some of the breasts still did need to be trimmed & thats why 1* deducted. Overall fair price for what I received. Will order some different meat next time to see how good it compares to the chicken.”

“Generally love the food from here but had a bad experience with some of the Southern fried chicken pieces - they were red and looked like raw beef inside not the usual colour of raw chicken breast.”

“The products are great quality and good value for money. Didn’t have all the products I ordered in stock but had processed a refund before I even contacted them. Money was refunded straight away. I will be buying from them again”

“Great quality and super tasty, some great deals to be had and will certainly use again, some decent ?use by dates? upon arrival but mince was turning 3 days before the use by, easy to just freeze and use later so avoided any hassle, choice of delivery date was great and shared the site with a few pals, overall I?m really happy and impressed Ty”

“Food is excellent and delivery is normally good. This time driver did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. When we saw the parcel it was completely crushed. I guess that's why the driver didn't want to see us.”

“The delivery process and es of order was excellent. The quality of the meats supplied was very good indeed. The only thing that lets Muscle Food down is their subscription service. It constantly drops of my account, despite their being a valid payment method on my account.”

“Food quality really good, only put full is the fact you do not deliver to the island of Arran where I actually live so had to collect and then take an additional 4 hour travel time, why not deliver to the island”

“High quality meats provided and good variety. I have tried the build your own box where I love selecting what meats I want in each delivery. I have also tried the prepped meal pots and meal kits in the weight loss plan which made life very easy and would definitely use it again. Only thing I would say is there is a lot of packaging and rubbish involved. It could be more environmentally friendly.”
