“Prompt delivery and the quality of meat is very good.Didnt think the packaging was as good as anticipated but that could be down to DPD .When my pack arrived there was one 200g pack of lean mince missing.Aprt from that good price and good quality meat and I would use again”

“We ordered a ?75 Make Your Own Box. Everything was fantastic aside from the fact one of my packs of steak had turned grey/green. The rest of the packs of meat were all fine, so may have been a tiny hole in the package before it went in the box. Overall though, FANTASTIC value for money, and the chicken breasts are huge!”

“I am really loving the food I?ve had over the past few weeks. It?s flavourful, quick and easy to prepare. It?s really helped shift my mindset and remind me that healthy choices don?t mean lettuce leaves! My only slight criticism is that there isn?t a lot of non-meat options, especially in the lunches. I feel that more soya chicken alternatives could be used to recreate veggie options of most of the current meat based lunches. Therefore, giving more choice for vegetarians or those who don?t like meat.”

“I love Muscle food as it?s easier especially for someone who works 12 hour night shifts. The meals are really tasty. However, my most recent box has included multiple meal kits that went out of date a few days prior to my next order shipping. I only had one kit in date until the final day of that week. Of course you need to be able to plan the whole week but I had to miss a day due to not having good use by dates. When I?m paying so much for a product I do expect to be able to use everything I receive. Minus this, muscle food is great for the low cal tasty meals, if they considered the use by dates when packing they?d be a 10/10.”

“I've always loved MF because of the welfare of the animals but am concerned that the chicken is now coming from various countries, e.g. the Netherlands. Can you still promise that there is no live trafficking?”

“My order never arrived. I was informed that the order had been thrown away due to the back log in the delivery office and because it was perishable, so i can't comment on quality. But when i asked for a full refund i received it straight away, that's why I gave a good score.”
