“The quality of the products is without question - excellent as always. The products alone warrant a 5 star review. The whole process is let down by the appalling delivery service. Leaving the food parcel 'abandoned' in the street and in direct sunlight is at the very least poor.”

“We have had a number of orders from Muscle Foods and when there is a good offer on the hampers are good value for money. It would have been a 5*, however, on our last order one item was out of stock and although we were supposed to have been informed before the delivery, the email telling us of the shortage arrived almost 3 hours after the delivery. Unfortunately the out of stock item was a very good deal on a gammon joint, probably this is why it was out of stock!”

“Turned up on time, quality was high as always for about 99% of my order. Disappointing that a couple of items I was looking forward to were removed but can't be helped if it's out of stock. Only real issue, the turkey steaks that came were rancid despite being in date still so immediately binned otherwise all good.”

“First time purchasing from MF. The website is very busy and I found it took me longer to place an order as I wanted to check every section to make sure I had not missed anything. Some items were out of stock which was a bit disappointing. I also would have liked to have seen turkey burgers available. Package arrived today, non meat items were kept outside the cool bag so were nice and dry. I ordered 3 pizzas which were in the cool bag so the boxes were wet and soggy - these should have been wrapped separately to prevent this. I am pleased with the appearance of the meat that I ordered despite having not cooked anything yet. There is a lot of packaging, not only the box, cool bag, ice bags and the meat packaging does take up extra room in my freezer unlike from butchers or farm shop. Other than that I think I will likely give it another try, but would likely wait until offers were on.”

“I have used this company for 3 months now and I must say it's been wonderful. the only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there have been occasions when 1 of my order was not in stock. however, I never had to contact them regarding a refund they have done so automatically. My order is always on time and on the day I request. i know for some it may not be great but i am loving it so far thank you.”

“We have been buying from this company for a while now, haven’t yet come across any problems (fingers crossed) We find the quality and taste very good-once or twice a steak has been a bit more chewy than usual,but comparing this to steak bought from local shops which can also be chewy and cost far more money, so it’s not really a biggy! The stewing steak is melt in the mouth amazing! The chicken breasts are moist, great in taste and price. The mince is amazing-kids love it in spag Bol-and have clean plates every time! The bacon is the best bacon we’ve ever tasted, seriously!!! Service has always been very good and as long as this remains the case,then we will continue to buy all our meat from them. We live in a rural area which requires a slightly longer delivery slot and we have not had a problem with couriers,so far. Happy to totally recommend to all. 😃”

“Really enjoying the meals in musclefood diet! It makes it so much easier to stick to a diet, especially with the snacks in between! My favourites are the mushroom spaghetti Bolognese, Brit Abroad breakfast and Levi Roots veggie veggie pot! I wish there was more for veggies, like the all meat meals it with more quorn/soya products, I just don’t want to get bored of eating the same thing week after week. Bring in a rotation, that would really help.”

“Ordered the week’s weight loss food hamper....generally great. 10 minute kits were lovely and fresh veg nice and nice makes of snacks and rice. Salmon was lovely. Only thing i wasn’t keen on was the chicken was from Poland. I’m quite keen on knowing where the meat is sourced from and welfare standards. If you could supply some information on welfare standards of the chicken then I think that would be a positive thing. Shame British chicken can’t be sourced. Generally food is nice and ready meals good too. Plenty of food for the week.”

“Great food at great prices. Only complaint is that since the system update, when you have a recurring order you cannot add to that order. You must create a separate order and incur minimum order charge and / or delivery charge. Have had contact with customer support, but problem not resolved.”

“Very happy with my order, all items were good and food was delicious. Only issue is that 3 of my items were missing from my order instead of offering to redeliver my items I was given a voucher but still had to pay a minimum of £25 to get delivery included or forced to pay £8.99 for delivery which was a let down.”
