“Meals are easy and filling...lots of different meals to choose from...lost weight using them which was my aim ....was overcharged but the problem was rectified straight away when i notified customer service”

“Absolutely amazing quality meat, sometimes it can be expensive but you pay for quality and normally MF will have a cheeky discount code that you don't have to look too hard for.”

“Enjoyed muscle food especially the chicken, and the protein meals, will order again soon. I will wait for the offer for the protein meals as I find them a little expensive when not on offer.”

“I ordered a Christmas hamper from muscle foods to be delivered on the 20th of December. I waited and waited past the time slot bu t i didn't receive my parcel. When i checked online yodel said it had been delivered and left in the porch. I checked outside, there was no parcel. I contacted yodel online to complain and told them i hadn't received the parcel i dont have a porch just a doorstep and asked what had happened to my meat hamper. To this day i have not received a reply from yodel i also wrote to place a complaint. I also contacted muscle foods they were very helpful and they returned my money for the hamper as it was too late to send another. I didn't receive it till the 24th so was rushing around getting Christmas Dinner sorted for 12 people as i had family coming. I can't comment on the meat but customer service is very good. Although muscle foods didn't get back to me with an explanation from yodel either as to what had happened to my hamper. I haven't used either company since asot spoilt Christmas for me with all the hassle caused by not receiving my hamper.”

“Good quality meals, the presentations is good but the only think I am not giving 5 starts is because of the delivery . No next day delivery or same day delivery .”

“Great delivery, price is very fair, as one item was missing I was given discount for my next order. I didn’t need to make MF aware of this they already knew and sent me it via email”

“I've ordered quite a few times and had only 1 problem with a delivery. Customer service were quick in resolving the issue leaving me a very satisfied customer. I have told friends and family to give musclefood a go as u have had no complaints ref the produce from there.”

“Good quality of meat at good prices. Muscle foods also do really good promo days and deals which are worth keepning and eye open for. Only reason why I havent given it 5 stars is because when we recieve our packaging nearly every time something has leaked or packaging has been open. my boyfriend and I have complained twice and they haven't responded.”

“All the meat I have had over many years has been of excellent quality and at a very good price. Ordering is very simple and delivery is prompt and the delivery timings are accurate. Why then only four stars. I have left off a star due to the bombardment of emails advertising products. There is hardly a day when there is not an email and sometimes two. This makes musclefood appear desperate for business. One comprehensive email per week would be ideal.”

“The meat arrived perfectly chilled and securely boxed. The meat quality was acceptable although the whole beef fillets I ordered were very much tail end so some could not be cut into decent steaks”
