“We love the meat we get from Musclefood. In particular the chicken and mince. The mince is so lean the best I've ever tasted. highly recommend just wish the Nothern Irish site had as much choice as the mainland one”

“The food is always fresh and has great dates ! They offer a variety of meats and sometimes have different cuts of steak in which are lovely to try ! It's always delivered intacked! Had one bad experience where I ordered £100 hamper selected by myself .. uraguying steaks where missing , burgers where missing , hache steaks where missing, pack of 4 burgers where missing ... but in their place where fish pie mix , chicken mince and some type of sausage ! 3 of these things I had never ordered ... if the missing meats where replaced with stuff I ate and of same value there would not have been an issue! However I now had to go to the shop for additional dinners as my order then was 80% sausages as the stuff I don't eat had to be binned ! They did offer a £10 voucher which I will use , however if this happens again with such a large order then there's no point in getting this as it's used for convenience and reliability”

“I was a little unsure about getting fresh meat delivered and I'm still not entirely sure if I'd do it again after my first order. The process requires you to select a day when you're available to receive it which I did however it never arrived with no update or heads up from DPD. The app then says it'll be sorted in 24hrs and wasn't and when I chased for an update from MuscleFoods it turned out the package had been damaged in transit and was never coming but no one had bothered to update me or the system. I managed to get a new delivery date for 5 days later (earliest available) and I left really clear instructions as to where the package should be left and subsequently found it dumped in a communal area rather than the safe place requested. This is particularly frustrating when you've had to pay for delivery. However, despite this the meat was good quality and good value but the question is whether it's worth the hassle in trying to actually receive it, especially if you've gone to the effort of planning your meals based on what you think will be arriving. Customer service was pleasant and tried to sort the issue as quickly as they could but offered nothing to recompense the hassle and waiting around, even simply refunding the delivery cost would have been nice.”

“I would just like to say, this company is great, not only is the meat really good quality but customer service is 1st class, I order from here every month and for the 1st time I had an issue with my order, I send an email and within half hour I had received a reply and the issue was sorted within hours, I can not thank them enough and would recommend musclefood to everyone who hasn't used this company before, I won't go back to buying my meat from a supermarket, musclefood is the way forward 😀”

“Food turned up, so that's the only positive. Order was packaged badly and the pack of bacon looked like it had just been ripped off of a bigger multipack, it was open and there was bacon everywhere. There's also blood all over everything, I've just spent half an hour wiping it all off. Not sure if this was from the bacon or from the steaks. Won't be using again. MuscleFood used to be the best for bulk chicken, then they started sponsoring people and growing too big and the quality has dropped drastically. There's no way to contact them quickly, the phone number they have a link to on their page is just 01234 56789 and everything else is just send a message and wait for a reply. They eventually replied to my emails and offered a £10 voucher, I turned this down as the food wasted and my time spent cleaning up their mess is worth more than £10. Definitely won't be using again.”
