“Parcel arrived on the date I selected all nice and fresh great to see they used so many ice bags to keep it all good, very happy with the bargains I got and I will be shopping there again when it's all done. Thank you kindly 👍”

“The prices are good if you can get the deals, but I have had issues with the dates. The meat doesn't last until the used by date. I have had to throw a few steaks away 2 days before the use by date. The cold boxes they use are good and keep things cold enough. The second box I received today wasn't great as the one of the vacuum packs had popped and blood went everywhere. I couldn't use the meat either as it stank, not sure how long the bag had been broken.”

“The foods are fresh and in perfect proportions for people looking to lose weight or maintain weight. I found some dishes to be a tad bit bland - but hey, nothing you can’t find your way around. Worth the money! Delivers what’s promised!”

“Food is great so tasty. Pity about the delivery company DPD we see the glossy print about notice etc. All we get is stuff left at door in heat. Bad courier”

“I have ordered a few times from MuscleFood and think the chicken and mince is great quality and good value. However, the steaks received in my most recent order were tiny. Would need AT LEAST 2 per person which makes my latest “deal” not such good value which is a shame.”

“Terrible customer service. We had a subscription and parcel was disposed by courier. MuscleFood did not inform me of this I had to chase up delivery and the next delivery date was one week later and refused to refund delivery charge.”

Unfortunately when our courier disposes of an order we are not notified of this until the customer gets in touch. We shall look into this to try and be more proactive with our correspondence. “Delivery was on time but arrived in a plastic bag , my previous order arrived boxed. The ice packs were melted so lots of water in bag also and the order was left on door step not in porch. I've found dpd to be not very caring just lately when deliving items. As always the meat I ordered is good quality so no complaints there . I've only given 3 stars due to delivery and it being in just a bag and the fact courier DPD just dumped outside my porch in the sun.”

We sincerely appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience caused by our delivery company's failure to show up on the selected date, without any prior communication. Unfortunately we are not made aware of orders which have not been delivered and only hear about this when the customer contacts us. We are working with DPD to be more proactive on this matter to prevent this in the future. I can see our support team have handled this for you.

“They lost my package and the customer service was terrible. They only want to give me £5 for the inconvenience, which is a complete joke.”

“The quality and value of the food available is great however out of 3 orders I have placed only one has arrived on the arranged day. Twice the delivery has not arrived and I have been told that there was an issue with the delivery and could no longer be delivered. Each time muscle food have offered me either a refund or to arrange another delivery but it has left me feeling that they are unreliable. As this has happened twice I would have expected at least a gesture of goodwill such as a discount on my next order but nothing.”

“The food is amazing as always a big issue ive had is with the delivery company dpd just leaving the box outside without knocking or ringing the door bell and this time round I had 4 gell packs burst and soaked the box and caused a puddle in my kitchen”
