“I have now ordered from muscle foods on two seperate occasions. Both deliveries have been on time and comes well packaged and nice and cool upon arrival. The quality of food is excellent. I have seen a massive decrease on my food expenses every month since choosing to shop at Muscle Foods. Highly recommend 💪”

“Meat is great however delivery a nightmare i always make sure i am in for this delivery to get it away in the fridge or freezer. However said delivered and it wasnt had ring dpd who were not helpful said check again picture was oy top of the box said i have no porch and theu havnt been here as im here. Eventually it turned up but was dumped on door step and dpd just said have to log woth muscle food for investigation. I order the months meat so cant afford to loose that. No reassurance from muscle food it wont happen again or that they would refund or resend if happened again and was a very stressful morning on my only day off so i wont risk again sadly but food is good. Shame.”

“Arranged and paid for order to be delivered a week later, order was out so long driver deemed it unusable so rejected the order on my behalf (which I never found out till I tried to chase up the order) I contacted musclefood the next day asking why parcel had been returned, new order was sent to arrive 4 days later and not even a sausage as compensation for having no order for 4 days or my inconvenience having to contact them!! Not the best customer service, but the food was nice! I used them for years and then got a bad order and their customer service was practically null and void, so changed to meatsupermarket and have never had an issue with them at all, they are amazing, but fancied a change, needless to say it’ll be short lived! The customer service has definitely improved from my last encounter, but you’d think they would have sent a wee something extra for the inconvenience caused 🤷🏼‍♀️”

“Awful service! Tried to order twice, first time the item was apparently damaged by the courier and the second time it was delivered to another address almost 100 miles away which made no sense! All they offered me was a £10 voucher. Avoiding this company at all costs!”

“One order gone off chicken £15 voucher. Have to spend £30 to use. Next order dpd didn't deliver, order resent. Arrived missing 2 items offered £5 voucher I refused not spending another £30. Sent products. Wow so gone down hill. Won't be using again, used to be great, not no more”

“The best review I can give is “hit and miss”. Hit for the quality and delivery. Miss for the consistency. Items frequently go out of stock for long periods of time; and the size chicken breast can vary.”

“3rd order and 3 times happy 😄 Excellent meat, the chicken breasts are huge and very very tasty. Everything ran very smoothly and the post is always delivered when they say it will. I would definitely recommend muscle foods. My only negative point is the minimum order thing which wasn't there when I placed my first order. The last order I was 1 euro short of the minimum which forced me to buy something I really didn't need so I would love if they could banish this redicilous rule!!!”

“I'm on my own so the huge packs of chicken breasts, hampers etc are no good for me, but I like to build my own box of Muscle Food meat and fish to a particular value. I know the quality will be good and it saves time and money compared with a supermarket shop”
