“The choice of hampers is really good with some quality meats,it's all packed really good and stays fresh if u can't unpack it straight away,and it's quick delivery.”

“Worst customer service ever spent £130 on food got 10kg of chicken, one bag clearly was off and smelt vile, even tried to cook one bit and that still smelt off, Evan my dog wouldn't eat it, I contacted on there customer service to be flogged of with £10, 2.5 chicken is £18 then deliverey 5.99 so £10 doesn't Evan cut it. Never had an issue befor and I order a lot from the site but there customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.”

“Been buying muscle food for a few years now but the flavourings have changed on many of the most favoured meals I purchase like the Satay chicken Thai chicken and Black bean ones. The meals are still okay just not as good as they used to be”

“Have bought meats on several occasions. It has been of the highest standard, well priced and arrives promptly. Can fully recommend. Have just eaten the fillet. Quite the finest I have tasted. The caramelised chipolatas also come highly recommended.”

“High quality meats provided and good variety. I have tried the build your own box where I love selecting what meats I want in each delivery. I have also tried the prepped meal pots and meal kits in the weight loss plan which made life very easy and would definitely use it again. Only thing I would say is there is a lot of packaging and rubbish involved. It could be more environmentally friendly.”

“I bought a few of the meal kits, some Chinese chicken-on-a-sticks and a ?10 snack box. Summary: would use the site again, but not for meal kits. Pros: delivery was easy, recipes were easy, the food tastes good. The snack box was good value, protein snacks can get pretty pricey so it was a pretty sweet deal. Cons: expensive for what you get (I think had I just bought those ingredients it would have been somewhere between 30-50% cheaper) and uses a lot of plastic. The chicken sticks had really short dates so I had to eat more than one per day to get through them which has ruined them for me a bit.”

“I love muscle food, it?s worth every penny. Easy to prepare (recipe kits), easy pre prepped meals so that after a long day of work I don?t cave and have sweet things, just throw a tub in the microwave and jobs done. The food is tasty as well and full of goodness. Also, the meat for the recipe kits has to be the best Iv had!!! Definitely ordering again.”
