“Im extremely satisfied with my purchase. Shipping and delivery was fast and the boots are great. I saved almost $79 buying from Cozy Boots as I had these same exact boots in my cart on "another website" forever bc they were going for $179 as my Wish list. I can FINALLY delete them from that website!”

“I was nervous to order Uggs from anyone but then directly or Nordstrom, as I’ve been buying them for about 15 years and have never found them elsewhere brand new. They are totally the real deal, fast shipping, great product and I can’t wait to wear them once this heat passes! Thank you!!!”

“Love the boots! (Bailey Bow Tall in Chestnut). They are definitely authentic (unlike what some of the reviews on the BBB claimed). They arrived quickly - in 4 days. What I did not like was that their horrible customer service. I emailed them twice and live chatted once but never received a response. The live chat said if I don't receive a response, I would be emailed, but that never happened. I wanted to know if I could get an extra week for retuns in the event I needed to exchange for a different size. They only allow 2 weeks for exchanges or returns and I needed 3 weeks, as they are a birthday gift for my granddaughter. My other complaint was that there was no pamphlet inside the box like I've received in the past from UGG boots. It described the item, said whether or not it was treated for weather, etc and care for the boots.”
