“Honestly the boots are in good condition they are new but I need to refund them because they don't fit over my fat calves. The return process for this site is not efficient it's like I have to prove something to return a product I spent 150 bucks on. This is why I am careful about where I online shop because the ugg store isn't going to sit there and ask me to take pictures and wait for them to approve my reasons to return a product and that is why I would go back. I am still waiting it's day 3 and no response. I feel like I just wasted my money on shoes I can't wear and apparently may not be able to return. I sent for a return the second I received and tried on.”

“Purchased tevas advertised as brand new in a box. MyCozyBoots sent dirty (used?) Tevas in a bag. Returns are on your own dime at their "discretion" and there simply is No actual support service available. Very disappointing transaction, will not be returning!”

“Just received my boots today. I wasn’t very happy at all. One of the boots looks great while the other looks worn/damaged. I reached out to customer service as soon as i inspected and now I’m just waiting to see how they handle this situation.”
