“I received two different boots, two different sizes and two different colors. I’ve attempted to contact customer service without any response. My boots don’t fit me because one is a size smaller than the other. I ordered the traditional Tan colored UGGs and the fur boot is white and the fur and the other boot is off-white. These are clearly two different . This is the second time this is happened to me where I have gotten two different shoes. The boots look similar on the outside the inside wrong and the sizes ones are nine and one’s are 10. I wear a 10. I ordered a 10. This is extremely frustrating.”

“My Ugg boots came within a week of me ordering. Sorry they didn't fit and I had to buy a label from My Crazy Boots to send the boots back. That's the part I didn't like. Also there is no customer service person to talk to. But they did answer my email 2 days later.”
