“I made a mistake on my initial purchase shopping late at night when they 'pushed' another product into my shopping cart. Once I mistakenly selected the item I could not cancel the order. I then refused receipt of the item which was then returned. They still charged me $30 for this full 'unopened' return. Be Careful!”

I am sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. Our Shipping policy very clearly states the following: "PLEASE NOTE: Due to the quick turnaround shipping time and the amount of orders we receive, changes to existing orders or cancellations upon customer request cannot be guaranteed. Please check your order very carefully prior to placing it." You should have followed the proper Return Process as outlined in our Return Policy and request a formal return, not refuse the package: https://mcozyboots.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges "In case of refused delivery by the customer or delivery failure due to incorrect address/information (customer's fault), the package will be returned to sender. A refund will be issued less a flat fee of $30 to cover additional expenses incurred by MyCozyBoots (such as carrier fines and return shipping fees) as a result of the customer's negligence / failure to follow the proper Returns process. "

“Well the place seems like a nice place of business but I never received the boots I ordered and when I called they were rude and wouldn’t give me a refund luckily I pay route for protection so I was able to get a refund that way”
