“I bought UGG boots from My Cozy Boots that I could not find elsewhere. They came promptly with prompt communication of my order status. My boots arrived new and just as advertised. The box was fairly banged up, but since this was only a gift to myself it didn’t bother me. The price was right, and they fit well. Kudos to My Cozy Boots!”

“I received two different boots, two different sizes and two different colors. I’ve attempted to contact customer service without any response. My boots don’t fit me because one is a size smaller than the other. I ordered the traditional Tan colored UGGs and the fur boot is white and the fur and the other boot is off-white. These are clearly two different . This is the second time this is happened to me where I have gotten two different shoes. The boots look similar on the outside the inside wrong and the sizes ones are nine and one’s are 10. I wear a 10. I ordered a 10. This is extremely frustrating.”
