“I was skeptical to order from this site, however I took a risk, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve tried to upload a video, but it’s not allowing me to do so, so instead I’ll just leave a detailed review. I’d love to rate five stars, however I must choose 4, because there is no communication back via email. I’ve sent three emails over a week with no response. The boots arrived the next business day as promised, they were packaged new, and they are exactly the same as the ones Ugg are selling at the store currently for $240, only I paid $151. I understand why people might think these are not authentic. That said, they are either purchased from the Ugg warehouse, or the Ugg outlet. This is why you will see a red stamp on the tag inside of the boot. That means final sale. I’d also like to note, that inside the box there is an UGG insert giving you information on counterfeit items. Why would that be in the box if they were fake? Case in point, If you want beautiful UGGs at a fraction of the price, sent next day, I would definitely continue to purchase from this business. I would encourage the business owners to communicate with their customers, but that’s my only complaint. I will say that I thought of returning, and within 24 hours my return request was approved. I think the lack of communication leads people to draw their own conclusions. I did my research, brought the UGGs to the UGG store, and was given the above information by an UGG manager. Happy shopping 🛍️”

“I received my boots extremely quickly, and they were 100% as pictured and described. I got such a deal on these, and the only difference is the box which I would throw out anyway. These boots are warm, waterproof, and stylish for snow boots. I highly recommend both the boots and My Cozy Boots. I would order from this site again withouT hesitation.”
