“Absolutely hideous experience. Took £200 of me, returning the boots and now left with nothing..... customer service appalling. They even denied knowing me as a customer.”

“I purchased a new boot with box and received a used boot with box and a new boot price. They will not answer my complaint, dont answer the phone so I will never shop with them again. I order the boot and it is real but used with dirty worn sole- no smell. I need a price adjustment for being sent a use d boot and I want to worn others that you might not get items as described.”

“Returning is a nightmare. I ordered boots, they were too big. Returned right away and 3 weeks out I’m still waiting on the refund. Not to mention they charge a big restocking fee. I would not purchase again unless they change their return policies. Too much competition out there to have such a poor return system.”
