“I was actually really happy with my purchase!! It’s always a risk when shopping online- and I appreciate the timely delivery of my purchase- and honestly I got my boots at a fraction of the price they were everywhere else! So thank you! “I bought UGG bed slippers, they were too small. I tried to send them back & they wouldn’t except them. I also called them & left several messages they never returned my calls. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLUS I RECOMMEND YOU NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“The product was different than what I ordered. Can’t talk to a live person. Tried live Chat and got no response. If after business hours I guess they don’t respond to messages that were sent the day before. I was also charged a restocking fee on returns and I had to pay for return shipping. You get five days to return after you get approved.”
