“I received the UGG Tasman shoes, which I paid a premium for, and was so disappointed to see the stitching missing from part of the shoe. I tried to utilize the return request link - which does not work, error code. I emailed several times - no response. Finally, I resorted to filing a PayPal claim to get my money back. In the end, I’m getting my money back eventually but I had to pay 30.00 to return the defective shoes they had sent me. I do not get the product and I had to pay for the return shipping on their mistake. Seriously, makes no sense!!! I still haven’t heard from them to date, ridiculous. If on the fence whether to trust this site or not, DONT!!!!!!”

“I received my order next day! Points for speed. I ordered 1 pr of slippers but the online order showed 2 pr. I corrected it to 1 pr but received, and paid, for 2. But because the slippers fit well and I like them, I decided to keep both. Something to beware of.”

“The item I got was one of “No Box” items. The claim for these items is that they are unworn and new. When I received my item, it did appear to be unworn however there were several markings on the straps of the sandals. For the most part they are on the underside where they aren’t visible when being worn but there are a few that are visible which is unfortunate. I tried to contact the seller by email to see if this was normal or if that was supposed to be included in the item description but I never received a response. Overall my experience was just ok. If I do decide to shop here again I probably won’t do any of the “No Box” items and I wouldn’t recommend those items to anyone.”

“I love my new Uggs. I got them within days after order.They came new ,l like the color, l wear Uggs all the time because of foot injuries & wearing them gives me good support to keep from falling. Thank you”
