“I am very pleased with the Ugg boots I received from cozy boots. As a teacher I'm on my feet a lot and like to wear comfortable shoes.”

“Do not buy from this website! I received boots from here and the stitching was jacked up and then they try to gaslight you saying it’s normal for the stitching to be like that. There are multiple reviews complaining about the same issue. They will send you janky boots and then try to charge you extra to return them. They are very rude also! Please just spend the extra money at the official UGG store. I think they are getting defective boots from Ugg and listing them as normal boots at a discounted price! That would be fine if they were more transparent with their customers. Please find somewhere else to purchase your boots from.”

“My cozy boots sent me a pair of Ugg “ sienna” very cozy rubber boots on time and in perfect ( new) condition . I was a tiny bit worried as I had never done business with this company before. They exceeded my expectations. The boots were perfect, wrapped well and fit exactly as they were supposed to. If this company had any more of these boots, I’d probably order another pair. ( a “ just in case pair) I highly recommend mycozyboots to anyone needing any kind of foot ware. Thank you for being such a great company!”

“My boots are absolutely lovely. I love the new Ugg design and of course the soft warm fabric. As an Ugg fan I truly love my boots which are a birthday gift to me. I bought the camel color boots looking forward to purchasing another pair either in black or gray.”

“My Cozy Boots are very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to order. I recently moved & was able to track my order to the old address so I could let my neighbor know to be on the lookout for when they were delivered. Thanks for that!”
