“Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Questions are answered with questions. It takes forever to get a return email. I've never dealt with a company that does not have a phone number to call. I asked if they had arrived back and instead of just saying yes I was asked if I had the return confirmation. So I looked it up and it said they arrived on the 14th. I asked how long the refund would take and I still have not received a response. That was on Monday it is now Wednesday and I still haven't received a response. I will not need your coupon. I will not be doing business with you all in the future. Very disappointed”

“Great price on these boots - the cheapest I could find anywhere. Shipment arrived on time and tracking was provided. I love the actual product, too. Warmest winter boots I have owned for MN winters while still being light enough to wear on long walks.”
