“I was a little skeptical at first because the prices were so great, but the Uggs were legit and in brand new condition! I believe the style was discontinued as when I searched for it online they only came up as ebay and poshmark, etc, places that people were selling them. I will definitely buy from My Cozy Boots again!”

“I wouldn't suggest ordering from here. This is just my personal opinion because there is no one to help you and the "live" chat is unanswered. I would rather just order straight from the ugg store, that way someone can help with things like returns.”

“I asked them to resubmit my return approval with instructions, after she told me it was approved yesterday. I checked my spam and there is no automated email anywhere. I can't return the boots without instructions. I asked her to resubmit the automated email and she just never responded. This website is the worst return experience I've ever dealt with. Thank God for paypal. Also, on the actual website page there is no information about the return request. I feel they are being deceptive.”
