“5 Stars for delivery efficiency, however 1 star for having me pay for shipping on a return of two boots, even though I requested store credit. I also feel they should offer phone Customer Service, It's frustrating not being able to speak to anyone unless It's via-email”

“I was looking for a pair of Teva hiking boots, specifically the Arrowood Riva in the Turkish Coffee leather boot. When I searched the internet several vendors came up, one of them being My Cozy Boots. I checked their price and availability. They had my size and their price was the best I had found. (Other vendors had a very limited selection in this particular boot) I placed my order. There was an immediate confirmation of the order and the expected delivery date. I was notified by e-mail as the boots progressed through shipment and again when they were delivered to my door. The boots feel great and I am very pleased with my experience with My Cozy Boots. “I found the perfect Ugg Coat at My Cozy Boots at a great price. I was hesitant to order from a company I didn't know, but saw their Facebook page, which looked legit, so I decided to take my chances and I'm SO GLAD I DID! The coat is a genuine Ugg coat and is absolutely beautiful. It shipped right away during the busy holiday season and arrived on time. I won't hesitate to order from this company again!”
