“I ordered and paid for 4 tags with 4 silencers and 4 chains, but received 4 tags, 4 silencers, and only 2 chains, so no 5/5. Also, $6.00 seems high for merchandise that weights about one ounce. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my purchase.”

Hi Mark, you should have indeed received 2 long black chains and 2 short steel chains as per your order. If this was not the case then we made a packing error and will of course send you the missing items. Please let us know which chains are missing via email.
