“Be cautious when using their ordering platform. I encountered a glitch while placing my order and ended up with two different tags without realizing it. When I called to ask why they were different, the representative said they would fix the order, but I would still have to pay for shipping. I won’t be doing business with this company again.”

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. Throughout the ordering process we clearly show previews of what your tags and order will look like. After your order has been placed we email you another proof image of your tags as well as a text layout and ask you to reconfirm the details and let us know if you need any changes prior to production. We understand that sometimes customers make mistakes when placing their order and we offer to modify and remake their tags at our cost. That the customer pays for the reshipping is very reasonable considering that we made the order exactly as it was placed by the customer.

“This is my third set. You have to keep the data correct. This set really feels like the WWII type, heavier than most modern reproduction. The metal used is also not shiny like others. This is dull, as they should be. The tags read exactly as I requested. Excellent dog tags! I will order again. Strongly recommend these! OBTW, I broke out my Model 70 reader and these tags work!”
