“I love the product and the concept. Price is perfect. I’m tired of buying new tags for double the price that become illegible with wear..... These ones are very legible and will last. My only negative comment is that the silicon bumper surrounding comes off - depending on colour! The blue and orange are stiffer and stay on. The yellow and purple are softer and keep coming off.”

Hi Maxina, It seems that you ordered 2 different types of silencers. The blue and orange silencers you chose are made of latex rubber which are stiffer and more durable and are intended for pets. The yellow and purple are indeed made of silicone and are intended for people.

Hi Angela, That's because you ordered a brass chain. Brass will oxidize over time and create a patina effect. This is normal and is to be expected. You can learn more about this effect here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patina Please contact us via email and we can arrange to send you a stainless steel chain which does not have this issue.

Hi Jose, Our blank Dog Tags are made in the USA of military spec 304 stainless steel. They are the same tags as used by the US military and will pass inspection.
