Hi Peter, We have no record of an email or phone call from you, how did you try to contact us? Furthermore, we do not offer colored logo printing on dogtags, only black and white laser engraving. Perhaps you have us confused with a different company?

“I was hoping to recreate the dog tags that my father once carried around his neck. My dog tag came through for me with a great recreation. Now I can display them with the flag that was presented to my mother after his passing. Thank you My Dog Tag”

“I am 73 and I lost my original dog tags from my years in the US Navy. I was in during the 60's and served in Vietnam. The tags I purchased from you, although not the original tags, since the military design has changed slightly in the last few years, were exactly what I wanted. I wear the long chain dog tag every day, as I would like to be able to remember those days. I use the short chain item on my shaving kit. Again, thank you for a great product.”
