“I still haven’t received my order. It was sent about a month ago. Supposedly it is in transit, but haven’t moved in 2 weeks and I haven’t received it yet. The company has been no help. I’d think twice before ordering.”

“Not what I expected or advertised. These tags are very thin and bend easily. My real tags are actually solid and don’t feel fake around my neck. Don’t recommend if you’re a service member.”

Hi Jesus, Thank you for your review and for letting us know. Our matte dog tags are made in the US to the current US Military specifications. Over time the military has reduced the thickness of tags from 0.025" during WW2 down to the current 0.016" +/- 0.001". While these numbers are small they do make a noticeable difference in the thickness of the tags. Depending on when and where your original issue tags were made they could be thicker than the current issue. As all suppliers make their stock to the current specifications we are working on having thicker stock tags custom-made to better serve our veteran customers. Your order also included shiny tags which are much brighter and more reflective than original tags are. Thank you for your military service.

Hi Kay, if the lines on your tag are crooked we will indeed replace it for free, please email us a photo. The debossed tags you ordered are indeed somewhat harder to read them the modern embossed font, however they do indeed match the same stamped font used from WWII through Vietnam. We take great pride in our authenticity. All of the reviews you read on this site (both good and bad) are from our legitimate customers. Your negative review will not be removed.

“To whom it may concern, I would love to write a review; however, I never received the Dog Tags. The Postal service here on Fort Irwin is less than reliable, even though the Postal tracker showed otherwise. According to the USPS tracking code, my dog tags were delivered to my mailbox on May 27th at 1:03 PM. I checked and found nothing. I talked to the Post Office, and they said it was delivered. Not sure if I want to take the same chance and order a second pair, especially if the USPS is involved.”

“I ordered some dog tags in late January. I was excited to have some because I have always envied the U.S. military. I filled in my address and when I entered my address it auto filled all my information. I thought that it was my mobile device doing that so I trusted it. It ended up sending my package to Maryland(I live in Louisiana). I went a few weeks forgetting about the package and remembered that I never received it. When I found out that they sent it to Maryland I was very upset. I asked for a refund and they only offered %50 discount on my next order. I am not ordering from here again. I would have loved to receive dog tags with my name on them. Instead I was ripped of my money and disappointed in there customer service.”

Hi Logan, we sent your order to the address that you provided and delivery was confirmed by USPS. Since it appears that you made a mistake in providing your correct address we offered you a 50% discount to remake and resend the dogtags as a courtesy.

Hi Mariane, It is impossible for us to double bill our customers, since the checkout process is completely controlled by the customer and we do not have access to customer credit card information since the transaction takes place securely between our payment processor (Stripe.com or PayPal) and your bank. Looking at your order it appears that you may have accidentally added a second set of dogtags to your shopping cart.
