“One of the very few times I've ever ordered something on line and it showed up sooner than expected. More importantly, the quality is standout. In a world of cheap international garbage, It was so nice to pay a fair price for a quality product made relatively locally. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone. I actually use them for my dog on his collar and, after some getting used to, he's good and they look great. Get the silencers, those are necessary. Again, first class stuff and a complete and total recommendation.”

“Tags are high quality. I am having issues with the rubber silencers being to loose and coming off of the tags a few times throughout the day. Would order again though.”

Hi Joshua, thanks for your review. The black silencers you ordered should fit tightly around the tags and not come off under normal use worn around your neck. However if you are using them on a keyring in your pocket they extra movement may cause them to twist off. “Got this tag idea from a friend for our dogs when we are camping and out of service range! Could not be happier! Only complaint really is the free silencers are quite flimsy and will break or tear apart if you dont assemble with some caution.”

Hi Devon, the silencers should definitely not break when installing them unless you stretched them really far. Its possible you received a defective one that already had a small tear in it. Please send us an email and we will arrange for replacements.
