Hi Rodney, thanks for your feedback. The plate that you received should match the proof image that we emailed you exactly. If it does not will remake it for free. We make the tags and plates the exact way they appear on our website, so it is up to the customer to center it if required.

“This is my second large order (3+ tags). I have 3 dogs, myself and a lot of gear I identify with these tags because they are so sturdy. They come very quickly and are always accurate. Highly recommend! I am going to order more to get my outdoor gear marked with my name and contact info.”
