“Harvinder Singh and Shalini Singh (level 2 Technician, I think) were wonderful and very helpful. Easy to understand and patient. They were able to make things understandable and easily targeted my issues. They explained everything that they were doing and recommended throughout our almost 2-hour call. Harvinder was the reason I purchased the 2-year support/service contract; Shalini just confirmed this was a great decision! Thanks so much!! Diana Kornetti”

“this is the second time i have called myphonesupport with a problem. Each time they have worked very hard and the first time for awhile to correct my problem. it sure is easier for me rather than spending hours trying to fix it myself or having to take it to someone to be repaired. i am glad i found them and will recommend them to everyone. Mark”

“The young man who assisted me in getting my computer back in working condition is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. His performance was outstanding!!!!! I could not have received better service. In the past I have used other companies for computer repair and I was never treated as well as this young man treated me; he is a GEM & I recommend he be promoted to the top where he can train/manage/supervise other workers on the art of how to treat a customer. He should go far in life.”

“I am so pleased with the help I received. I was extremely upset that I gave another company permission to go on my computer only to learn that it was not "mY phone support" I have learned my lesson and know never to do that again.
