“I had trouble two days in a row. Both times your techs worked hard until the issues were resolved. The second day I worked with Nitin Chadhoury and he did a great job of working quickly and efficiently. He had several issues resolved in 45 minutes. I appreciate the service.”

“Deepak was expecting a very irate client and so was anxious. I was in a much better frame than the last call where I was on the phone for 3 hours. He did an excellent job explaining the fixes and was able to either educate me or fix my issues with the exception of my favorites. They are just gone. Probably not a big deal as I did not use most at all. So I have a fresh start and have already added the ones I use the most. I am excited to try your service for one year to evaluate the benefits to me, a novice computer person.”

“Senior citizens are targets for scams. Frustrating but true. After believing my computer was hacked & calling number to get help.... I realized "That was the scam"!! Immediately got out of conversation (gracefully) & looked up Microsoft customer service on cell phone. First Tech Shewt Sinhap, explained a 'fishing scam' & spent hours with me going back through entire computer to remove worm virus. Patient, kind, helpful & reassurring. My computer wasnt destroyed! Second Tech, Asif Anid; helped me to clean out & remove unnecessary data to increase computer speed. Again: Patient, Kind, respectful & very helpful !! Thanks to both techs for all the info, patience & assistance to 'De-activate' & remove damaging virus!”

“deepak was the smartest computer tech I have ever had the pleasure to help me, much better than any other tech support person I ever had with this or any other company I had used in the past. He was very caring and explained what he was doing. He fixed the problem I was having and helped me to set my computer up so I will better know what I am doing in the future. “They went above and beyond to make sure it was working just they way i wanted it to. Between the two techs who worked on my computer they spent about 3 hours fixing it. When the first tech called me my phone wasn't working so that is how I acquired two technicians. they confered with each other and were able to complete the repair of my computer. I am very pleased.”
