“Customer service is lacking. Ashley on live chat was rude and told me that my delivery address didn't have a number and to contact Hermes myself to sort it!! Told me I didn't put this on the order when in fact I did as Hermes clarified this. Sends review emails before you even receive the product. What a company!”
