“Good service and lovely prints. Delivery was late due to France shutting the border to the UK which was not Hermes fault although you kept me well informed throughout.”

“Every time I order from my picture I can’t fault them. Just for Christmas I ordered 2 pictures but they was delayed because of what was happening in the Britain, but now I have just received them. I recommend them with 5 stars. Well done.”

“I can only comment on the quality of the print on the board which I am very happy with and will be ordering from the company AGAIN it is a print on a hard board which cuts out the need for a frame. Customer service good, unfortunately I ordered just before France closed the boarders so only arrived yesterday......”

“I’m very happy with my photo but the costumes service team were great keeping me up to date when the borders were closed due to COVID so I knew my order would be later than expected so would deffo use them again”

“Order was made late December in the hope of receiving for Christmas but due to the COVID restrictions placed upon the UK at this time the print did not arrive. I was fully informed of this issue by my-picture.co.uk and fully understood the issue. Excellent service”
