“It was very easy to use their website, and pick the chosen options that I wanted. Payment options were also very easy, and was kept informed from them receiving the payment to the process and then the delivery. Very impressed from start to finish.”

“No response from the team and if there was a response they literally state whats written on the website. A 40cmx40cm pillow for printing an image on it is taking production 9 days (their website states 2 business days for production & that's after going into different pages on their website, where first, at plain sight, they state within 24 hours but when you dig deeper you find other shipping info - which as well isn't true by the way). I certainly don't advise anyone to order anything from this company. Still waiting for my product till date, I DIDN'T receive it till date 12 DAYS, DON'T believe the timelines provided on their website. I DON'T advise the use of MyPicture for any services/products, I'm saving you, your money, frustration and time for following up. And that's excluding the product's quality, that's if I ever receive it.”
