“No response from the team and if there was a response they literally state whats written on the website. A 40cmx40cm pillow for printing an image on it is taking production 9 days (their website states 2 business days for production & that's after going into different pages on their website, where first, at plain sight, they state within 24 hours but when you dig deeper you find other shipping info - which as well isn't true by the way). I certainly don't advise anyone to order anything from this company. Still waiting for my product till date, I DIDN'T receive it till date 12 DAYS, DON'T believe the timelines provided on their website. I DON'T advise the use of MyPicture for any services/products, I'm saving you, your money, frustration and time for following up. And that's excluding the product's quality, that's if I ever receive it.”
