“I contacted My 1st Years about my damaged box that came with my 1st grandchild’s 1st Christmas gift. I am very happy with their immediate response in sending me a perfect box wrapped up for a fragile delivery which contained a 15% off voucher inside. I will definitely be ordering more in the future. “I purchased a toy chest from My first year, On opening the item I found a damaged part, I contacted customer service by email and they were brilliant, Sent me a replacement part well packaged and overnight. The best customer service I have ever come across.”
