“I ordered the Bluey lunch box with the individual segments, the box it's self is great, but it's been washed by hand with a little warm water and washing up liquid and the letters of my child's name is coming off, so I now have a very unhappy 3¾ year old 😭, I would not get said box personalised if I were you.”

“Unfortunately after only 3 months the strap has broken? This is such a beautiful bag and it was bought for a first birthday gift on the 19th of May but my friends just sent me a picture and it’s very clear the strap has broken. I was bought one at the beginning of May and there is no damage?”
