“Very pleased with my purchase. Items ordered are of good quality and packaged with care. However delivery was stated to be 3-5 working days and was actually 9 working days. Next time would choose a different delivery option.”

“The bunnies I ordered were lovely and soft and appeared well made however I was disappointed with the personalisation as I was expecting this to be embroidered rather than just iron on as this made them look a bit cheap.”

“I ordered an octopus gift set in a luxury gift box. The box was damaged. The company ,to their credit, replaced it but that was damaged as well when it arrived. They offered me a credit note but I won’t be ordering again.”
