“I ordered a personalised chair for my Granddaughters 2nd birthday. I had an email to say it was with Evri and I would be notified when they would deliver. It never arrived. When I chased it I was told it had been returned to 1st Years. There is no way of finding where the original chair is and they are now out of stock Not impressed at all.”

“Box came damaged which I appreciate will be Evri’s fault but spent £80 on a chair for it to come with half the plastic bag fallen off therefore some dirty marks on the product. No padding around the chair to refrain from getting damaged in transit. Happy with the product itself but not with how it has been packed and delivered.”
