“Really pleased with the personalised Flower Fairies denim jacket I ordered for my 5yr old granddaughters birthday. The quality of the jacket is very good and the embroidery is excellent making it an extra special gift. My granddaughter was absolutely delighted as was her mum who wanted one for herself! A little problem with the order to begin with but Customer Services were absolutely brilliant and efficient getting a replacement to me within 48hrs.”

“The products, as always, are exemplary. Brilliant presents. However, with this order there was a printed mistake on one of my items and I wasn’t very pleased with the customer service experience. Would buy from again, but I think the latter part of their help service needs some work.”

“I personally haven't seen the item I ordered as its for my granddaughter and I had the package delivered to my son as we wont see our granddaughter on her 1st birthday, I had the item sent to them. Hopefully she will love her first ballerina”

“Easy to order on line. Excellent customer service. I stupidly put the wrong delivery address and Ewelina sorted it straight away for me. Delivery was prompt. This was a new baby gift and they were delighted when it arrived. I have used my 1st years many times and have always been very pleased with the products and service.”

“My 1st years is the first place I go for a special present for a new baby or birthday. This abacus is very sweet and something my nephew can keep and use for a long time. My only complaint is not being able to change the font for the personalisation. As his name begins with 'I' (i) and also has as 'l' , they look like the same letter they look the same as you can see here too.”
