“Purchased for the first time. Everything was amazing he loved his toys. Dad was especially pleased with the present of tool box with the name on. “Disappointed as I keep accumulating points but they cannot be used concurrently with the sale items do in effect they are wasted. More competitors on the market with nice personalised items and cheaper. My 1st years losing the edge. Boxes despatched with items are full and mostly broken. Poor customer service”

“Sent wrong bag and then I had to waste my own time sending back in order for them to issue a replacement out - so now likely the order won’t be here in time for my nieces first day of nursery. Not great service and have a quality control issue.”
