“Unfortunately my item arrived and I was unhappy with it. My daughters name is Evie, yet the font made it look like something completely different so I am unable to use the item. I contacted customer services who stated that there is nothing they can do as it is a personalised item. The issue was with the font and I feel that there should be options for people to choose whichever font they would like. A complete waste of my money!”
