“My item came damaged and when requesting a partial refund..the company instead provided a £20 voucher to spend in store within 6 months..encouraging me to spend more money with the company. The store is pretty expensive, and I would have to spend £50 to get free delivery. Wasn’t the best outcome, and the decent thing to do..would’ve have been to offer the partial refund as requested.”

“Too expensive for the poor service I received. The “luxury” gift box was all split and broken and my items weren’t posted for a week until I had to contact customer service!”

“We ordered the toy box for our granddaughters 1st birthday The web ordering page is easy to use with lots of colours and styles to choose from. The package arrived in good time about 7 days later.
