“I purchased two separate gift sets intended for two different recipients. However, they were unexpectedly packed together into a single box without any prior confirmation, which I find unprofessional and inconvenient—especially for gift purchases. In addition, the large gift box arrived damaged, which significantly detracts from the overall presentation and does not reflect the value I paid for the products. As these were meant to be gifts, both the packaging decision and the damaged condition are particularly disappointing. I would appreciate your explanation and a suitable resolution, or other appropriate compensation.”
