“Sadly such a disappointing experience. My order hadn’t arrived as expected so I called to check on the order status and was casually told there were delays due to the bank holiday - which was 10 days prior. No accountability, or effort to dispatch that day so it would arrive the following day in time for me to gift. Due to the late arrival I was unable to gift in person, and had to pay a second postage charge. I asked for my original postage charge to be refunded but the customer service person refused. Really surprised by the lack of care or apology from customer service and won’t shop here again.”

“I placed an order with plenty of time to receive my items for an event but unfortunately I never received my confirmation delivery date. I then contacted customer services twice 5 days later only to be told that my order will be shipped in 24hrs due to excess of orders. I cancelled my order and had to make an order from another website.”

“I have bought a number of things from my 1st years and the quality is excellent. I love that I can engrave all my buys with my sons name which he loves, among our collection there’s a table and chairs with our names on them and it’s the cutest thing ever, I smile everytime I walk past them.
