“The backpack is very cute, I have had my eye on it for over a year at this point. The quality is fine, but not great for the price to be honest, even though we got it on sale, that's still around £25 for a kid's backpack. There's lots of loose threads on the backpack itself and the embroidery for the name.”

“Terrible communication. Order didn’t arrive on time as stated and didn’t receive any updates today it was delayed. Constantly had to chase for an update and late giving gifts for the recipient. Had I been updated about the delay I would have shipped somewhere else.”

“I ordered three personalised gifts with different names, of which two were gift sets, but they put all on one big box. I can’t even use the big box for any of the gifts as it’s way too big. When asked I was told there’s nothing they can do about it. Had I ordered them separately I’m sure they’d come in nicely fit boxes for each of them.”
