“Would have been higher if gift was sealed in plastic. As it wasn't and I wasn't home when delivered the box was soaked through and as such the chair was soaked and took me 2 days to dry out. Disappointed as have had no issues previously”

“Sadly took a while to come although I appreciate when things are personalised it takes longer, however our personalisation has come through wonky and almost as if it's not been printed correctly or thoroughly. Quite disappointed this time sadly.”
