“I have bought from you before awhile ago . I recently ourchased to personilzed dressing gowns thinking they would come in twi gift boxes as for christmas. I enailed to ask about another box. Which they replied that they only come in one I should have ourchased anither bix. I k8ndly asjed if they woukd send me one free if cgarge but the answer was no.
