“The toy was beautifully made and such a great gift. The personalised bag was perfect. I had an issue with the delivery, which was my error, the customer service was quick and exceptional. They couldn’t do enough to help. Even though it was my mistake.”

“Bought two bags for my son for nursery. Had to buy two because the usage guide for their bags is incredibly misleading - first bought a mini backpack as he’s not even 1 yet, but it was so small it barely fit his spare change of clothes. As it was personalised, I had to buy the second (medium) bag which has been useful. Product quality has been okay. Very quick shipping the first purchase but slow the second, despite choosing the same option at checkout.”
