“The ruck sack is beautiful. However, it seems too big for my 5 year old . I have adjusted the straps to try different ways but the bag just sits too high and reaches her head. These medium sized bags definitely need a chest strap on them.”

“Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for a first birthday and after waiting over a week for it to even be passed to the delivery company, it unfortunately arrived after the birthday had already passed. At no point during the ordering process, or afterwards, was I made aware there would be such a significant delay. Had I known this, I would never have placed the order in the first place. Sadly, the order did not arrive in time for the birthday, which was extremely frustrating and upsetting. Communication throughout was very poor and the overall service was extremely disappointing. I also reached out to express my disappointment, however no resolution or meaningful response was offered.”

“Excellent service. I ordered a backpack for my granddaughter. I didn’t want it personalised but was disappointed when it arrived as it was just plain. I messaged to ask if I returned it could a motif be put on it. The company could not have been more helpful. They talked me through the returns process and as soon as they had confirmation that I had posted the backpack back they immediately sent me a new bag with a motif on. I would definitely buy from this company again!”

“I have been a regular customer with My 1st Years for the last 6 years. However my recent purchase of a wooden picnic shape sorter has been disappointing. The product was recommended for 12 months +. However when my 1 year old started using it and biting on them, the paint started coming off..this happened within 5 mins of giving her the toy. I expect more care to be taken in designing the products and make them safer for babies.”
