“Here’s a polished complaint you can post on the website or send to customer service: I had a very unpleasant experience with this brand. I ordered a personalized gift for my baby’s friend, but they sent the wrong package with someone else’s name on it. This completely ruined the surprise, as my friend had to contact me to ask about a package she didn’t recognize. What disappointed me even more was the way the situation was handled. The company did not offer any discount, apology gift, or any form of compensation for the mistake and inconvenience caused. They simply “offered” to send the correct gift, which should have been done in the first place. For a company selling personalized gifts, attention to detail and customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience was very frustrating and disappointing.”

“Great company, website easy to navigate, reasonable prices and a few delivery options. However, my most recent purchase (a personalised blanket) wasn't as nice as my previous purchase (also a personalised blanket), it was a lot thinner. I wanted the same one I got before but it wasn't on the website. Saying that I would still look at My 1st Years before anywhere else”

“With the amount I paid, I didn’t expect the boxes to come damaged and the jigsaw bags to arrive dirty. On top of that the tool box I ordered’s wood is marked which again I didn’t expect with the price tag.”

“I love your products – the quality and service have always been amazing. I just wish the sizing went up to at least 10 years old, as my child is 7 now and starting to outgrow them. Would definitely keep buying if larger sizes were available!”

“First time I have used My 1st Years for a present for my grandson (1 year old) on the recommendation of my daughter. Very pleased with the carry bag that Milo can use for Nursery and his older sister Ada (3) was so delighted with it she immediately started wearing it! A thank you too to the admin staff who cleared up my mistake when I ordered and paid for it twice. Thank you for responding to my e-mail and getting it sorted.”
