“I ordered a personalised safari truck for my Grandson’s first birthday and the ordering was easy,it came in good time, the packaging was really lovely and the wooden truck was gorgeous great quality and the personalisation was great.He loved it ! I definitely recommend this!”

“Hi. My gift was not delivered yet and based on the price I payed for the delivery I am a bit disappointed. Hopefully they will enjoy the gift that normal are always good as I bought a few times over the past 5 years.”

“Problem with website order resulted in backpack being delivered without a personalised name on it. As soon as i sent copy of postage receipt of return a new personalised backpack was sent out express delivery. Excellent communication and problem resolving. Will order again from this site.”

“We ordered a personalised wooden toy for a Christening gift. The toy itself is lovely, however we were deeply disappointed to find that the inner packaging of the item arrived opened. When queried, the reply is that when they personalise it they have to open the product. While I do understand, gifting a special item that appears to the recipient to have been used or tried doesn't match the special occasion. I think it was just a surprise as I didn't see it stated on the listing when you choose it to be personalised. But again, packaging removed, still a lovely product.”
